Flexible terms

Flexible terms

​​​​Permanent Recruitment

 

Retained search - payments are made in three installments, with the first payment on commencement of the search, the second during the search, and the final payment on delivery (commencement of employment).
 

Contingency - the fee payable is a percentage (negotiable, subject to status) of the employees gross permanent annual basic salary, chargeable on delivery (commencement of employment).

A zero interest staged payment plan is available.

Managed â€‹Contract Recruitment

​

Red Ring hires the contractor/s directly and manages their monthly payroll.

Invoices for approved (typically using the employers timesheet system) hours worked by the contractor are submitted by Red Ring at the end of each service month, payable to Red Ring within 30 days.

 

Total fixed hourly charge rate is agreed up front and remains unchanged for the duration of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

​​Direct Contractor Recruitment

​

​​The employer directly engages the contractor/s in contract, and manages their payroll directly. Red Ring submits a one off invoice at commencement of the engagement which is calculated as a percentage (negotiable, subject to status) of their total compensation applicable to the contract duration.

Recruitment process

​1. Book a discovery meeting

This is to ensure we understand your business environment (product, team, culture, working style..), and your specific role requirements. This important step enables us to precisely target relevant candidates, while accurately promoting your brand. We'll also discuss business terms during this meeting.

​​2. We'll find the best candidates

 

To find the best possible candidate/s for your role, we first look to our own network that we've spent thousands of hours building. 

 

If we don't have the right person/s in our network, our research team conduct a thorough search using the best techniques and tools. 

​

We meet (by video or in person) with all candidate prospects, carefully assessing their relevance and fit to the specific role requirements, presenting you with a shortlist (usually 2-4 candidates).

​​3. Interviews and offer

 

Interviews are usually conducted using the employers own process, although we can assist with conducting interviews as required.

 

Depending on candidate location, this may be by video, in-person, or combination of both. To help ensure efficiencies, we coordinate interviews and feedback between the employer and candidate. 

​

And to help successful outcomes, we're on hand to advise, and facilitate the offer process, as required.
