Remote Contractor Terms of Business
​
Red Ring hires the contractor/s directly and manages their monthly payroll.
At the end of each month, Red Ring submits an invoice to the customer, which is equal to agreed hourly rate (this is to be agreed up front) multiplied by the hours worked by the contractor in the month.

The customer is responsible for approving contractors hours on a weekly basis, and the time tracking system can be supplied by Red Ring or by using the customers system.
Invoices are payable within 30 days.
​Permanent Recruitment Terms of Business
​
​On commencement of the engagement (on the day the person starts work with the customer), Red Ring will submit an invoice which is calculated at 15% of the annual basic salary.
A 0% interest payment plan is available.
In the event that the engagement breaks within the first 3 months, a 75% rebate will be provided.

​1. Book a discovery meeting
This is an important step to ensure we understand your business environment (product, team, culture, working style..), and your specific role requirements.
This enables us to precisely target relevant candidates, while accurately promoting your brand.
We'll also discuss business terms including fee structure during this meeting.
​​2. We'll find you the best candidates
To find the best possible people for you, we first look to our own network, that we've spent thousands of hours building.
If we don't have the right people in our network, our research will conduct a thorough search.

We aim to present you with a candidate shortlist (typically 2-4 candidates), usually within 2 weeks.
​​3. Interviews and offer process
We meet (either video or in person) all candidates, and interviews are conducted using the employers own process.
To help ensure efficiencies, we coordinate interviews and feedback between the employer and candidate.

And to help successful outcomes, we're on hand to advise, and facilitate the offer process, as required.
