We meet (by video or in person) with all candidates to ensure quality, relevance and cultural fit, submitting only the best candidates to achieve a high probability of hiring success and employment longevity. ​​

We know that one size does not fit all, which is why we offer flexible terms to help you scale. Red Ring's engage options include:

For Permanent openings:

Retained search. A search fee is agreed up-front, with payments to be made in three installments - first payment on commencement of the search, the second payment is made during the search, and the final payment is made on delivery (commencement of employment).

Contingency - this is the traditional fee model for permanent positions, where the fee payable is a percentage (negotiable, subject to status) of the employees gross permanent annual basic salary, chargeable on delivery (commencement of employment). Unlike other staffing firms, we offer a staged payment plan. Otherwise, invoices are payable with 21 days.

For Contractor/Consultant openings:

Managed - Red Ring hires contractors/consultants directly and manages their payroll. Invoices for approved hours worked with the employer are submitted at the end of each service month, payable with 21 days. Total hourly charge rate is agreed up front.

Direct - the employer directly engages contractors/consultants in contract, and manages their payroll. Red Ring submits a one off invoice at commencement of the engagement which is calculated as a percentage (negotiable, subject to status) of their total compensation applicable to the contract duration. Fee value is agreed up front. If the engagement period varies from the initial duration, the amount payable by the employer or to be refunded by Red Ring will be adjusted. Unlike other staffing firms, we offer a staged payment plan. Otherwise, invoices are payable with 21 days.

Sourcing candidates - to find the best possible candidate/s for your role, we first look to our own network that we've spent thousands of hours building over the years, comprising the best IT and Sales talent across USA, Latin America, Europe. If we don't have the right person/s available in our network (including referrals), our research team we will conduct a thorough search using the best techniques and tools.
We meet (by video) all selected candidate prospects, carefully assessing their relevance and fit to the specific role requirements, presenting you with a shortlist (usually 2-4 candidates) of the best people, with their resume, and summary notes.

Interviews - interviews are usually conducted using employers own process, although we can assist with interviews or interview process design if required. Depending on the location of the candidates, this may be by video, in-person, or combination of both. To help ensure efficiencies, we coordinate interviews and feedback between the employer and candidate.
